Apparently in Europe too: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Women%27s_parking_space
Quite an eye opener to me, actually.

Oh I can’t wait to read the comments on this.

Do you think it’s an accident that in all of the pics in the article, the cars are parked poorly or is a wiki editor trolling us?

Eh, they’re in every shopping mall here, albeit without the ridiculously pretentious name.
I will never quite understand the new Sinosphere fad of calling everyone vaguely attractive a god or goddess.

Well one of them was an Alpina, so... maybe it’s a coincidence.

Which is why I hope they plagarize it over to Jezebel.

To be fair, the one in Europe seems to be designed for safety due to sexual harassment not lack of parking ability.

It’ll make it there.

Those parking space widths are basically the difference between BOTH neighboring cars being able to have their doors open, or just one.
Of course, that’s assuming that the vehicles are centered, which may or may not go against the reasoning behind these extra-large space sizes in the first place. It sounds like they are telling drivers (specifically women) that they don’t have to git gud .
But on the other hand, the name “goddess” implies that this is actually more of a luxury/convenience feature, so you don’t have to wait for the other driver to close their door before you can open yours.

Did they just assume my parking style?

Don’t you remember Hammond calling himself the Driving God?

...and it happened. Didn’t make it to Jezebel though.
